When you send an enquiry through our website we collect the details you enter: your name, venue or company, email address, phone number, venue type and your message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you share there.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo and discuss how Valo could work for your venue. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

Website enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service. Our website is hosted by Render. These providers process data on our behalf only to deliver their service.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete them.
